Help Heal Her Empathy Workshop
This workshop is for men to learn to help their partner heal from betrayal.
The ultimate goal is not just to manage the situation but to use it as an opportunity to connect, heal, build trust, and move forward as a couple.
Workshop Details
This 6-hour workshop is often an early step in trust restoration and relationship repair after infidelity or addiction.
Participants will develop an understanding of the impact of betrayal trauma, gain new tools for responding to partner triggers, practice new empathy skills, and develop the ability to regulate their own emotions that arise when she expresses her pain. Workshop activities include education, open processing, experiential exercises, and homework.

Who should attend?
This workshop is intended for men who are committed to the relationship and motivated to repair, but who feel lost or helpless in the face of a partner’s emotional trauma symptoms.
Logistics
A preliminary screening interview is required before the workshop begins. Space is limited.

Facilitator
Jessica McCall
Jessica understands individuals on both sides of betrayal and specializes in helping couples to recover from affairs and addiction.
She has worked with hundreds of hurting couples and witnessed the consistent healing power (for both parties) of softening, lowering defenses and offering comfort and responsiveness in attached relationships.
