Workshop Details

A monthly opportunity for women to plug into a community who shares the value of prioritizing mental health, personal growth, and authentic connection. Each workshop will build on topics and skills learned in Intimacy Bootcamp and participants’ prior recovery work, offering opportunities to learn from others’ healing journeys. We’ll explore topics such as self-worth, authenticity and assertiveness, conflict resolution, body image, shame resiliency, childhood wounds, relationships and intimacy. Workshops will involve psychoeducation, open processing, experiential exercises, and mutual support. Come be part of an atmosphere that is supportive, compassionate and empowering—like others have said, it might turn into your favorite part of the week!

Benefits:

This workshop helps women to improve mental clarity, increase trust in safe people, work through shame, pain, and emotional isolation, and strengthen confidence and resiliency. • "This group provided me with support, which is something I really needed. I've experienced growth in my ability to open up and speak about things I'm so used to hiding. I've learned that a lot of good can come from talking about the bad. I'm really proud of myself and feel so motivated."

  • "Group helped me identify areas within myself that are in need of work. It helped me talk through areas of pain and was helpful to hear others talk through their own. I feel more open to communicating parts of myself to others. Sharing stories with strangers was a huge growth and trust for me."
