MALLORY WOOD, LCSWA
You always have a choice.
You don’t have to have all of the answers to make the next right choice for you, and I am here to empower you in living your most authentic life.
Mallory’s Approach
Using an attachment lens and emotionally focused approach, I lead clients through exploring past patterns while also shifting current choices to create stronger and more meaningful relationships with self and others. I will help you work through confusing emotions, attend to attachment wounds, and empower you to reclaim your story. I create an open and inviting environment for you to come exactly as you are, and begin attuning to the needs of underlying frustrating cycles without judgment.
If you:
Want to trust in relationships again but don’t know how to get there
Want to explore your relationship patterns, sexuality, and intimacy without judgment
Feel out of touch from a version of yourself you want back
Feel devastated by recent relational betrayal and need a safe space to rebuild your reality
Want a deeper, more fulfilling life but don’t know where to start
I’ll help you:
Explore relational patterns and build the foundation of a loving, trusting, and fulfilling relationship
Learn to trust your intuition and find your voice
Rebuild a sense of safety and resilience after emotional trauma
Move toward a life that feels aligned, intentional, and deeply yours
Feel empowered to take charge of your healing and rediscover your authenticity
More About Mallory
I know what it feels like to move through life carrying heavy emotions and experiences without a clear place to share them. Around 10 years ago when I went to therapy for the first time, I finally felt a release, like I didn’t have to hold it together anymore. It became a safe place for me to show up as my most authentic and vulnerable self, and over time, helped me to build confidence to show up in the world as my full self. My favorite part of this work is holding a place for you to come and drop everything you’ve been carrying. I love bringing awareness to emotional patterns, reflecting on past experiences that have influenced you, and empowering you to reconnect with the version of yourself you’ve lost along the way. I’m especially drawn to emotional processing, attachment wounds, and empowering you to reclaim your story.
