Grounding Workshop

This workshop is for all adults looking for increased control and confidence in navigating their body’s stress responses.

You’ll walk away with an individualized plan to help yourself create more capacity to handle stress.

Find Your Way to Calm

This 3-hour workshop is intended for those who feel anxious, burnt out or irritable in their life and relationships.

You will tune into the nervous system and practice moving energy in ways to support you - not force you - back into a grounded state.
