Workshop Details
This 3-hour workshop is intended for those who feel anxious, burnt out or irritable in their life and relationships.
You’ll gain an accurate understanding of what grounding is and how to use techniques to feel more connected in the here and now. Learn about your nervous system and walk away with tools and techniques to get yourself to a place of internal safety in future situations.
